Shared lounge? How fun. And who doesn't love room service for maximum laziness? Free city views and WiFi, can't complain. Italian breakfast every day sounds delightful.
Paying extra tourist tax, what a privilege. And not enough hot water, guess I'll just bathe like a penguin.

Great location with a nice view, only a short walk to the center. Free parking available. Helpful and friendly host. Beautifully refurbished and tastefully furnished. Good facilities and comfortable bed.

Superb shower and bathroom. Spacious with private terraces and fantastic views. Five minutes walk to a lovely beach. Spectacular walk into the old town. Great welcome from Antonio and excellent breakfast service from Roberta. Highly recommended.

The room at Balconi Sul Mare was amazing! It had a cozy and comfortable feel with a tile/marble floor that made me feel right at home. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings.
Personally, I found the free toiletries provided in the room to be of low quality. However, I understand that others may not mind it as much and could still find them useful.

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Balconi Sul Mare. The rooms were impeccably clean and offered stunning ocean views. The highlight of our mornings was the delicious breakfast prepared by Roberta, who made fresh eggs and cappuccinos daily. The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the main area and right across from the beach. Antonio, the host, was incredibly understanding and allowed us to check in late due to flight delays. We cannot recommend this place enough!

The location is mind-blowing, with a STUNNING ocean view and just a short walk to the city center. The rooms are super modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The highlight for me was the proximity to the beach and the delicious breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. Grazie mille!
